Yoga was the best last night! Even though I got a late start (around 11:15), I did about an hour of ashtanga and got super sweaty and was just feeling it! I love it so much. Afterwards, I snuck into the kitchen and had a little serving of this crazy sweet trail mix - maybe 1/3 cup? It was way too sweet. I’m glad I only bought a little from the bulk bins.
I got into bed and read - only 15 pages left of The Notebook. It’s super depressing right now. Great! I was up pretty late, but that happens. Did you guys know I’m kind of an insomniac?
I’m eating a bowl of blue oatmeal as I blog.
This is definitely a power breakfast! I made 1/2 cup oatmeal with the following mixed in: 1/2 cup egg whites, 2 T ground flax, and 1/2 cup frozen blueberries. The result: an eggy mess that is ugly AND delicious!
Out the door for an intense workout!
